Our system enables you to report internal violations, or irregularities, to the above-mentioned company, directly and easily and, above all, anonymously. Any information you report will be sent, unread, to the relevant corporate authority or department. After the initial report, you and the authorised company official/s will be able to communicate with each other via an anonymous mailbox.

Our system guarantees your anonymity. Please also be informed of the following points pertaining to your absolute security and anonymity:
- Do not provide any personal information (name, phone number, etc.)
- Do not provide any information regarding the nature of your relationship with the accused (either professional or private)
- Do not provide any information that could be used to identify you

- If possible, always go directly to the whizzla.com page in the future, without sending communications via the website of the above-mentioned company
- Avoid using any PC/s located at your work station
- Under no circumstances should you use internal intranet connections
- When providing documents, double-check that any data or information that could be used to reveal your identity, is unidentifiable
Anonymity – we assure you that we keep all your information and data secure
whizzla, a project by lexato GmbH, is based in Germany, and guarantees anonymous and secure communication between whistleblowers and relevant specialist departments (e.g., compliance). All system data are secured via technological and organizational procedures and are also encrypted. This means that lexato GmbH cannot read personal data either. Communication between your PC and whizzla takes place via an encrypted connection (SSL) . Your PC's IP address is not saved when you use this site. To maintain the connection between your PC and whizzla.com, a cookie, that only contains the session ID (so-called zero cookie) is stored on your PC. The cookie is only valid until the end of your session and becomes invalid when you close the browser.

Secure Communication
We use cloud-based software. Whistleblowers receive anonymous access to the system and can send reports digitally. All reports are stored in the software in an encrypted format and forwarded to the compliance department. Whistleblowers then have the opportunity to communicate with case workers via secure channels. Whistleblowers can access the mailbox at any time using a ticket number and a self-assigned password. Neither email addresses, nor user names, are required for this process, so anonymity is guaranteed.
